Heilongjiang Feihe Dairy Co., Ltd. has 40 years of history. In March of 2002, our company was merged with ADY (American Dairy Co., Ltd.) and became its first subsidiary in China, specializing in R&D, production and marketing of nutritional dairy food. In May of 2003, our company was listed on NASDAQ stock exchange in the USA, becoming the first Chinese dairy company listed offshore. Later, our company was successfully listed on New York Stock Exchange, USA.

Our company has six manufacturing centers with standardized production process imported form America, as well as advanced production lines and the most authoritative guidance. ISO9001 International Quality and HACCP systems ensure we can supply the best quality dairy products and meet our customers' needs.

Our core product range consists of ten series and seventy different products for infants and pregnant women. The value and mission of our company is "to be the expert for babies and pregnant women". Our brand was awarded with many honors, for example, "China Top Brand" and "China Best-Known Trademark". In 2004, our head office was relocated in Beijing which is the capital of China. Now, there is a complete sales network all around the country, with 63,000 sales centers, covering 25 cities/provinces. We always provide our customers with first-class quality products and professional services.

In 2006, we have expanded our business to the dairy ingredient dairy market. Ingredient Business Unit was established. The main responsibilities for our business unit are selling dairy ingredients to other businesses (B to B). The business has three functions. Firstly, the department is responsible for domestic and international sales of milk powder and walnut powder. Secondly, the sales of anhydrous milk fat and walnut oil. Thirdly, it provides some outward processes for other dairy manufacture partners, including infant formula milk powder, base powder of IMF, walnut powder, rice cereal and soya-bean milk powder. In 2007, we sold products to Singapore, India, Morocco and other Asian and African countries. To achieve our five-year plan, we have decided to build 10 branches. Two of them have been launched at the end of 2007.
